I just bought a lovely pup (and their mom and siblings because they're a newborn lol) and I really want to use them to breed pretty wolves in the future. (I don't know that I want them as a breeding male because their stats aren't the best, so I might sex change them in the future) However, I'm not a fan of blue eyes, I think they're too bright, so I want to change the pup's eye color. I also might change their nose color. Do you think gray eyes or ice eyes are better? Gray looks more natural but ice is kind of pretty. |

I’m a huge sucker for ice eyes, forever and always. Also ice eyes can fail to gray so that’s a two for one special with any pups. |

I think ice makes the wolf's appearance stand out more, although personally I tend to stay away from blues. But I think it looks nice with this wolf! And as someone else mentioned, having a colour that passes two colours is nice! |

Thanks you two! Ice does really make them stand out and it's nice that they'd fail to gray in any pups. |

Grouse house guide! To clarify, ice can fail to white, gray, or blue, while gray can fail to blue or olive. Eyes have about a 50% chance of passing directly. |

Thanks for the link Badger! That's nice to know, ice seems like a nice choice because I'd be happy if pups ended up with gray or white eyes if they get eyes from this wolf's side, but I'm less of a fan of blue and olive. I wish blue eyes were just a little bit less bright, but I guess that's what ice eyes are for. |
