I've just remembered: Wolvden already uses neutral (they/them)  pronouns with the Herbalist role. I feel like this could be extended pretty easily to be an option for other roles & individual wolves. It'd make things more cohesive in my opinion.
And it would be a small quality of life change that doesn't even effect gameplay to make the playerbase happier. I really hope pronoun changes get implemented soon. 		RootBeerBog [he/him]

Definitely support! I've never even thought of this before, and as of right now all of my wolves have appropriate pronouns, but would be amazing for other players whose wolves do not go by she/her or he/him!

support - it'd be nice flavor, and even if it doesn't get added, it might be nice to see the game's gendered language be changed to be neutral instead :)

that said, i think itd be a nice addition in general, at least for lore purposes. these are fake wolves, in a place that doesn't exist irl, with the ability to use medicine and currency(? depending on if you think the wolves are using it instead of you, the player...), with a vast array of fur patterns/colors not present in real wolves.

you can probably fudge quite a lot just off the idea of 'the wolves in this setting are just people with fur', to borrow the phrase from someone who wrote similar things about warrior cats (in terms of gender expression and such).

I dont think it would be an unnecessary mess due to the fact it most likely would be a toggle at the bottom of a page, like with turning css on or off, and if you dont want to use it you dont have too! Just because you think something is dumb does not mean it is to others :)))

I have mixed feelings about this. On the one hand, I have some canon trans wolves (mostly males who are biologically female for breeding purposes) and it would be nice to see them with proper pronouns. I also feel a bit bad about misgendering anyone else's imaginary pixel wolves and pronouns would help with that.

On the other hand, I feel like it could make things confusing for trades, e.g., someone is buying a future breeder and sees "this pup is receiving a 50% boost from her pupsitter" and buys the pup, only to realize too late that it's biologically male. Even if it still says "Sex: Male" in the info box, people might miss that or get confused, especially new players.
