I've completed all the unique quest but herbalist is still unavailable to me, is it like that for everyone? Or it there a quest I need to be prompted to do/ complete in order to unlock it? |

It is unlocked after your 4th rollover, the game gives you a 5 day grace period disease free and the 4th rollover prepares you for the next day when diseases will be able to infect your wolves. |
