@alex - Overcrowding happens when a player hits the max number of adult wolves their cave slots allow. You can buy more slots with SC in order to avoid overcrowding, or keep a personal limit on how many adult wolves you have. If you have adolescent wolves who age into adulthood at the next rollover and you have no adult slots in your cave, the wolves will run away and you will have a brief amount of time to pay 100SC in order to get them back if you somehow make room for them. You can either chase another adult wolf to free up a slot or buy another one. 

Wolves will also flee if they are starving or if you don't keep them entertained. This has nothing to do with the number of cave slots you have.

If I do want to drop some gc on a potential stud, what markings/base/other things should I customize to get the most profit? Im still getting the hang of what people are looking for with studs and what not

If you're looking to customize a stud I would keep a few things in mind.

-Make sure the base is a TII base. It will be more attractive than a TI

- You may want a certain color scheme in order to advertise potential color combos for those who want to breed for them. For example, some studs may have a black and white theme, or a honey and brown theme. If your wolf currently has combo marks (dinar, auburn, silver, ect) then make sure to keep those. Same goes with breed only markings, like merle markings.

- Stats are also pretty important when it comes to studs. Make sure your wolf is a scout so they can gain stats quickly. A hunter will also work, though scouts are the fastest way to gain levels.

- Clean breeding is very popular, so try to pick a wolf that either has no lineage or is pretty minimal and has no instances of inbreeding.

There is a lot that can go into making a stud, but be aware that there is a lot of competition out there. Unless you have a very rare stud, such as one with a mutation or a TIII base, you aren't likely to be rolling in SC or GC. It can be a nice way to get some extra income though!

How do you put a wolf up for trade.

To set up a trade you need to do the following.

1. Go to the Crossroads

2. Go to the Trading Center

3. Go to Create a Trade

4. Select the wolf you want to trade and fill out the relevant information (trade name, how much the wolf will cost, if the trade is public or private). Keep in mind you cannot trade wolves that are in a role.

5. If the trade is private and the person isn't in your friends list, you need to put in their ID number which can be found in the players profile beside their name.

6. Click create trade.

Psst, IBF is a Lioden term, here it's called Instant Pup Delivery :) But it's good to include IBF explanation since LD regulars keep using that term, haha

Also, regarding traditional breeding: AFAIK in real life it's a custom that the female is brought to the stud, not the other way 'round (because she only needs to do the trip once per pregnancy, whereas the stud would spend his life constantly in transit, trying to get to all customers)
