It looks like your pups are sick! They won't be able to train until you heal them. In fact, it looks like you've got a lot of sick wolves.  First thing you should do is separate your sick wolves from the healthy wolves, and work on healing them with medication! It says they have fleas, so flea medication or cure-alls should do the trick. If you need help with this feel free to sent me a message and I can aid you.

Simply move the sick wolves to a den, and the healthy wolves to another. You already have 2 dens so all you have to do is shuffle them around under the edit section of the dens.

And below is a helpful image of where you can find tobacco and other herbs!

Hi I have been playing a little while and had a long break. I was wondering if there was a way to level up my wolves faster? I'm  worried that when they are doing their roles constantly that they might not get to level 20 before they become to old to breed

Roles advance at different speeds, though I will warn you it can be time consuming to get wolves to level 20. The fastest level up go to your lead wolf. Scouts have the second fastest (Make sure to have them scout in the more difficult areas. The Glacier and Rainforest offer the most experience). Hunters are next, then herbalists, followed by mentors and puppeteers. Mentors could have a decent level up, but you need to have a ton of puppies for them to mentor in the first place and pup sitters level up at a snails pace.

To me WIP usually means work in progress, but I'm not sure if it has special meaning for wolvden
