The scouts are scouting at the moment, and I have about 2 scouts and 2 potential scouts. The scouts don't have any experience hunting, and the current hunting party synergy is 24%.

So I posted on the thread, just waitin for an answer. Only four are weaned and able to go for now.

My best recommendation for a pack jam-packed with pups is to chase a few. I know it sucks but unless all the pups are worth-selling, there's no point in keeping so many. The market is flooded with pups so even if you bumped it every minutes like clockwork there's no guarantee they'd sell.

Is it true the mother runs with the pups if I chase them?

I mean that's true too, I had like 30 something pups when I first started then I chased away anyone below 300 stats and now I'm less stressed

Shouldn't be, I've chased pups after they'd been born before and as long as you don't chase the mother, you should be ok. I believe if you chase the mother while the pups are weaning, it chases the mother and all her pups but you can yeet the babies indivudually. 

Then I can't chase them off...GAH
