Oh that's an interesting character! I don't draw birds often but you've provided a wonderful reference so it's definitely doable!

I'd quote her at 27€ ! As for the chain, I can definitely see if I can draw it but if it doesn't work I can change it to leather. I do have a feeling it'll work out, it's a neat small detail!

No problem! I’m an artist myself, I’ll share an example of my art with you! It’s not as good as yours, but I’m pretty young and still practicing! :3 (then again artists are practicing their whole lives, aren't they?)

Commission type: Standard Bust & Chibi (Hope it's okay if I use one form since it's for one character!)

Character reference: Hiyuu

Extra: Standard Bust: I'd love something sorta sparkly/glittery with a few flowers like the example of the pink winged feline you have :D 

Chibi: The style of the one on the right please <3

Pose: I haven't developed this character much at all yet, so a neutral pose would be wonderful. They are a deity so something proud works too! I'd love if you could show off their multiple eyes in some way, but it's not required by any means :3
