Slot Machine Odds (collecting data)

I'm obsessed with completing achievements on games like this, and I'm currently working on the Games section. I'm actively working on getting a Jackpot on the Slots game, and I was wondering what the odds for different reward tiers are. I'm not very good with math but I'll be doing my best to calculate everything I find into useable data. If anybody wants to help that'd be great!

It does seem like one staying the same happens sometimes. My first three did keep at least one item, but I refreshed the page between my third and fourth spin, and then that stopped happening. Whether that's just a coincidence or not though I don't know

As a side note, whilst I don't know exactly how many spins I've done, I'd say I've probably spun it two or three times a day since it was added. (that is, all five spins, two or three times a day), and have won medium rewards about four times, and the jackpot high reward once.
