You absolutely hit the nail on the head. There is just too many wolves on the market, it very overwhelming.  There needs to be a way to cut it down somehow. Now I’m new to the game and I haven’t tried selling in the trade center yet, so correct me if I’m wrong. But a solution could be limiting how long/how many times a wolf could be listed, and/or how many wolves a player can list at a time. If these limits already exist then they might need to be reduced.  In other words, there need be something that forces players to chase these unwanted, low end wolves (pure or not)  that no one is buying.

@ 💫Andromeda Eternal💫 On the off chance you come to check again, I just want to be clear that I wasn't trying to say you're bad for wanting your wolves to be worth more or anything. It's just that, as others have said, when there are so many puppies, the problem is larger than inbred vs non-inbred. Most puppies are worthless and there needs to be some other way to fix the economy as a whole rather than this one specific issue.

Eh don't worry about it. You're right. I get stuck in niches often enough I know when I'm hyper analyzing.

I hope you don’t feel like the issue and how you felt in the op wasn’t valid. It very much is! I’m a new player, but i can already tell that it’s extremely difficult to make any sort of ends meet in trading wolves rather you inbreed or not. You brought up a very good point and i hope you’re not discouraged from playing the game how you want. 

I'll be ok but thank you for the worry. It upsets me how little or even how opposed everyone seems to be about such a small change. It's nobody's fault, I just get worked up about things and take them too far. It happens more often than you think. It really bummed me out and I spent about 10 minutes crying before I realized I was being stupid. I cry pretty easy so don't read into that too much lol

I'll be oki doki. I'll most likely bring this up again at a later time when it's more relevant. For now I'm attempting to buy every single 1sc pup on the market, 1sc by 1sc. You guys should go check the numerous pups Imma chase in 2 hours, some of them are remarkably pretty.

But, um, maybe don't buy-to-chase the pretty ones? You won't be able to change the economy on your own, that's like tying to turn around a river with an oar. But the pretty pups somebody could have bought and made their own and enjoyed... most likely a newbie, for whom that would be a really happy find. So it seems like a waste to chase them (remember, only adult chased wolves show up in explore) maybe you could hand them over to one of the people raising pups to adulthood to chase them?

I think I'm going to go back to lurking in this thread, because I don't feel up to the exhausting task of composing replies to people today but I just wanted to say that I too am sick and tired of all the anti-inbreeding lobbying happening on WD, players acting like it's illegal for others to enjoy playing in their own style, and love to act like they are the superior and the majority, while I suspect their numbers are actually tiny. I think it's interesting how this thread has shown that the majority of people who even avoid inbreeding at all, do so only to pander to that anti-inbreeding minority, because otherwise their pups will be worth even less. If anyone has any idea of a solution to this whole problem (that isn't some form of "punish people for not inbreeding" which is the exact same problem, just flipped around, so not fair), I'm really interested in hearing it!

I understand getting a bit burnt out from all the different opinions, it gets heavy. 

I can't change the economy on my own, but I can definitely do my best. When it comes to pretty pups, I need to find an adoption center to relinquish them too. I met someone composing one but forgot their tag. 

tbh the only thing i could think of that MAY help bring more value to Inbred wolves would be to give them a very specific mutation or trait or something that can only occur in inbreds.

it would have to be something that would only activate in a single family line or only if that wolf was bred to its own relatives. (possibly only if a wolfs been inbred for several generations in a row) . Probably shouldn't be something easily carried over outside of its family line (if at all, so most likely be rarer than something like melanism or albinism but more common than a lethal mutation),  however this could raise the problem of the number pups on the market in general to even more ridiculous levels and it may only encourage a preference for certain blood lines (both problems exist now but they may be made worse due to sheer attempts for something like this)
