I'm not sure what you mean - the background doesn't scroll at all, so it should all be static when you move.
If the issue is something else, please let me know! I may have misunderstood c:

Oh! That is possible yes, I'll have to edit the code for it though - since it's a small change I can do it for free, however it is already quite late so I will get to it tomorrow or around Friday!
