Lunar Event News

I agree that there are a lot of battles. They're pretty much overwhelming at this point. I just want to explore and find all the different Lunar encounters but I'm bombarded with fights that I don't have the hp or the healing salves for. There's also not a lot of healing events and that's a bit disappointing considering how many fights are thrown at us

The balance definitely changed again, and also not a fan. I've drained soooo many salves and barely gotten even +2hp events, let alone bigger ones.

Ive also been running into a ridiculous amount of battles, and a severe lack of healing encounters.

But I’m coming back with a question. I see in the News post it says that the biome exclusive decor will also rotate; does that mean we only have one month/week to grab our biome exclusives before they retire at the end of the month? Trying to keep track of what is exclusive and for how long and how quickly I need to grind my LT

I was, at first, very exited about this. But it appears that there are too many battles. Is it supposed to be hard to get LT? Is it supposed to make us play even more? From a fun little event, this became a time to 'grind' for more supplies and GC fot Guarana. Coild you cancel the big rate of the battles so we can enjoy our festivites once more?

This is not a rebelion, just a stating of opinion from a player that doesn't spend real-life money on buying GC or any other currency in any other game. I just want Wolvden to be fun again, without the Crashed TC and a Battle Overloaded Beautiful Event. That's all.

Thamk you for your time!

A kind if neutral opinion here on possible encounter adjustments...

First, I do think there is supposed to be a challenge for any event, even a mini event. That's what makes anything we get valuable. If it were too easy then the market would be flooded and wolves with the special eyes or bases wouldn't be worth much. It's a careful balancing game the devs have to play to keep the market, and we have to remember that the first event is a learning process for Everyone. It's a lot of watch and learn.

That said I did notice I'm encountering a LOT of battles. But I don't engage in them because I'm not a fan of battles as a whole (thats why my lead is nearly 7 and only level 11) and I haven't noticed a large drop in my LT collection, really. I'm pretty content where I'm at right now in day two? or three? of the event.

I HAVE noticed that when I Do battle that lower level enemies seem really strong. I thought that was just me, though, because I rarely battle. Haha. So it's interesting seeing other people mention it.

Yes, ofcourse. That is correct indeed. However, it appears that these battlers are growing more powerful, but this is an event afterall. It just seems even harder, especially since my lead's only on lvl 13 in 30 days or so (that's how long I've been playing).

Also, it's hard enough as it is in the normal explore, is it supposed to get harder since this is an event? Or is it that my lvl isn't high enough?

Whitestar, since this is the first real event we're not totally sure what the "plan" is, since we don't have anything to compare it to.

Though I love the event so far, I am concerned by the number of one-shot applicators to be retired every month or two. Long-term, It just seems like the number of limited-time exclusive eye/coat colors will become overwhelming fairly quickly unless they cycle back around every couple years. The event might just become a Grind-to-get-the-eye-Applicator Week at the end of every month. And, yeah, there are the moon-event opportunities, but with new applicators releasing every month that, too, is going to get really crowded.

This is all new, so it's not actually a problem. Just a concern I thought I'd mention.

^^^^ I entirely agree with what Gniwolf is saying. It was a thought my roommate (who also plays) and I were discussing. If we’re cycling a new eye applicator and new biome decor every month, and a new base/claw/skin/nose every two, that’s a LOT of exclusive content to try and grab.

That’s 12 eyes a year,

if we assume it stay at 2 biomes each month it’s 24 biome exclusives + 12 biome background exclusives,

and then another 6 base/skin/nose/claw; 24 total of these. That’s a LOT.

granted please dont take this as ungrateful. I am loving this event so far and it is fun. It just is definitely a lot to try and collect. Each month is 37 exclusives. Every two is another 24. Phew

To be fair, if there are a lot of variations, it will be encouragement for people to buy, sell, trade, and stud. It makes collecting every single type of things a little harder, but very rewarding.
