Hello all!

I took a bit of time away from things, so much so I missed this last lunar event which is very sad due to the eye color alone. I'm still big on the pastel train and hopefully will get some triple merle beauties coming up soon!!

Hi! This is my stud Skyrunner. I personally consider him a "sky/sunset aesthetic wolf"; does he count as a pastel? (Im currently in the procress of trying to complete/change some of his markings)

Hello, I recently got an opal nbw who seems to be the perfect pastel candidate. I would like him to have more marks though. does anyone have any suggestions? wolvden.com

(I'll take opacity change suggestions as well :) ty)

Ok heres what I came up with!

  • I changed the nose and claws to Luxsnei and added a black tail tip to match the other lux features to create consistency and better contrast.
  • Threw in some cream markings to help make the wolf pop in general and against the backdrop. It also creates these interesting thin trimmings against the white and other colors!
  • Cranked up the white Undersides to help tint and bring everything together. In general, the edits help create a better color harmony with the butterflies too!

I suggest playing around with the selene dilution and losna auroua to see if you can make the ribcage area less grey and a bit more purple- that is if you aren't a fan of muted pastel hues. If you can achieve a purple-ish hue somewhere in there, it'll help tie the violet eyes in a lil better! I also suggest playing around with the marks to see if you can squeeze another black marking in there, especially a black stripe mark. It'll help string the black tail til and lux features together so they feel less floaty. For more saturation, I suggest cranking up the selene dilution.

What a lucky find! I hope you enjoy him, whatever way you decide to work on him :D
