Hi, I would love to have a custom design from you, do you take payment upfront or after a preview?

• Colour theme would be blue and gold, basically the same palette as my icon.
• I like courgette as a font, but if you think contrast would be good you can pick another similar font for the headers. The font colour needs to be very dark blue, grey, or black.
• 1 large rectangular box, with two smaller ones side by side underneath it. The boxes need to be solid colour or only a little transparent, to make it easier to read.
• Any cursor that fits the theme is fine, including the default, but no animated ones please.
• Scroll bar should be a slightly darker blue.
• Progress bars can remain solid colours.

The only thing I don't have is an image to go with it (the link isn't working for me anyway). I would prefer one with a river/water in the background, so long as it fits the blue and gold theme. Perhaps a river or lake in autumn? The only other criteria is that it can't be too bright or 'busy'. Things like the Blue Cave Crystals and Green Mountains backgrounds would be too much for me, whereas Dune and Silvered Wolf are much easier for me to focus on.
