The Guardians of the Crystals- Officially Over

Celeste let out a big sigh of relief. "Arthur. I've been feeling...bad omen." She told about the were-demon, and the figure hiding behind the man. "Something is going to happen. Something about the Crystals and the remaining Guardians." She told him her plan. "We lure all the Guardians here- fake or real. I know whether they're the real ones or the frauds. We gather the Guardian forces, and destroy the frauds. They'll be outmatched." Celestial shook her head. "What am I thinking? Of course they'll think this is a plan."

Arthur listened closely, nodding along as she spoke. Finally, he leaned back in his chair, running his fingers through his messy red hair.

"That does seem like a plan they'd easily decipher, especially the frauds. Have you ever wondered about the fakes living under the rule of the most powerful one of them all? Well, as powerful as a fake Guardian can get, I suppose." He mumbled the last part to himself, and he let out a sigh.

"Maybe it wouldn't seem so suspicious if you not only invited the Guardians, as well as many members of your kingdom. It could be like... a ball, or a garden party." He slowly began to smile as the idea came to him. "Since it wouldn't be secluded to the Guardians only, they'd most likely be more off-guard, seeing the locals there as well..."

Arthur thought it was a good idea, but he lifted his brown eyes to meet the Queen's, awaiting her response.

Celeste nodded. "That would be a good plan. But I don't know exactly which Guardians are still left. The last I saw a Guardian was with Luna. Before that, when I first became Queen." Celeste squeezed his hands. "That's the perfect plan! I can simply pick out the real Guardians. Can I trust you with the planning? I must tell Luna of this news...and try to find the two demons I've spied."

Moonlight reached the town's entrance and began wandering the streets, her demonic and wolf-like features hidden.

Celeste tensed. "Moonlight's in the city." She rushed to the balcony, scanning the streets. She caught sight of a hooded figure walking down the street, seemingly wandering. Celeste turned to Arthur. "Plan the party. I have a friend to meet." She morphed into a huge snowy owl and took off, gaining on Moonlight.

Arthur practically beamed at the praise, and he squeezed her hands back. "Of course, I'll handle the planning to the best of my ability. The guards will all be deployed and doing their best job controlling the public, but I think most will just be happy to be attending a party including the Queen."

He gazed into her eyes, tilting his head slightly. "Luna should be in the dining room now, as I told Jason. However... you'll be safe when going out to search for the two, right?" He asked, slight worry ringing in his voice. If he were to perform the planning to the best of his ability, he would have to stay behind at the palace, and he didn't like the idea of the Queen going out into the towns with him not at her side.

He was her personal guard, after all. Leaving her to do such an act just felt wrong, but he'd already been given another duty to fulfill.

When she let go of his hands and rushed to the balcony, he stood up quickly, knowing that his question would not be answered but was still heard. He just hoped she'd put it into play.

"Of course, Queen Celeste." He bowed slowly, taking her place on the balcony, watching her soar off into the town.

"She'll take care of herself... I know she will." Arthur's jaw clenched and his stomach twisted, though, despite what his mind was telling him.

"Party... right. The Guard. I need to assemble them." He walked out of the private dining room quickly, going out to where most of the guards were either patrolling the perimeter or training. At the sight of him, they all stopped what they were doing and saluted.

"Her Highness is hosting a party to the public, and I have been put in charge of planning it. She will also be inviting any Guardians she can get access to, real or fake. While she is busy collecting the Guardians, I want you all to begin going out to the town and informing as many citizens as you can about this. The remaining guards in the palace will help out."

With that, the guards nodded and began filtering out to complete their orders.

Moonlight gazed at the buildings around her, making sure not to raise her head, before hearing wings beating and coming towards her. she looks up enough to see the sky and looked around, seeing an owl coming at her. she yelps and runs back the way she came, hoping to get to the forest to loose the owl.

Celeste flew after Moonlight, morphing into a human once more. "Hello? Moonlight? It's me, Celeste! I just want to talk!"

moonlight slows down, stopping, but doesn't speak. being chased by an owl wasn't something she wanted to do, ant it had frightened her.
