The Guardians of the Crystals- Officially Over

Cora nodded slowly. "That might just work. But for what I know, I'm the only Guardian that arrived." She shook her head, rubbing the brooch. "We should still wait. More may arrive. Your kingdom is far away from the others."

Luna stood back allowing Celeste to explain the plan to Cora, taking deep breath to calm herself, the amount of people that where gathering where beginning to get to her a little bit, but she found that being around the other guardians helped her a little bit.....after all she had not yet done what she usually did, which was, shift and bolt to get away

Moonlight looked around, wondering what she should be doing and what she could do.

Celeste released Cora. "I think the first thing we should do is single out the fake Guardians- the ones that infused power into dormant crystals themselves. I can tell the difference. Now you will be able to, too." She waved a hand, sending ripples of magic flowing towards Luna, Cora and Moonlight. "The fakers will be outlined in a dark aura. Scout them out!" Celeste slipped away, greeting the guests.

Moonlight, having not been with them, was quite confused by the magic that came to her and stayed in her corner.

Cora blinked as the wave of magic reached her. Her vision cleared, and everyone in the room had a pulsing outline surrounding them. Most of the people had bleak white ones...but a couple had dark licks of smoke hidden in them. She glanced at Celeste and nodded. "We'll get to it." As Celeste slipped away, Cora turned to Luna and Moonlight. "Try to isolate the fakers. Make sure you hide your Crystal, Luna." Cora unclasped her brooch and tucked it deep in her pocket, then went down the stairs, mingling among the people.

Luna nodded, "dont worry I will" she said, placing a hand over her dress where her crystal was hidden beneath before she quickly down the stairs and began to mingle with the rest of the crowd, focusing on her breathing and spotting the fakers, keeping her eyes and ears open

Celeste greeted a couple more citizens, eyes locked on a dark-aura outline. The man was a normal figure, but there was a pulsing black ring on his finger. She walked over to him, shaking him hand. As she pulled her hand away, she slipped the ring off his finger, crushing the crystal. His aura faded to a bleak white. The man's face turned purple, but pretended not to notice. "Serves you right," Celeste whispered to him as she greeting an old couple. The man gritted his teeth and said nothing.

Luna soon spotted a woman, with a pulsing black necklace, and took to following her through the crowd, trying to think of a way to get the necklace away from the woman, though confusion settled in when the woman walked out of the ballroom, where was she going? still Luna followed her, but a slight worry settled in the back of her mind, as the woman continued on her path

Cora spied Luna trailing a dark-aura woman out of the ballroom. She frowned. Where were they going? She followed them from afar, trying to go unseen.
