Pupsitter Prof. Loss Notification

Support! I don't think I've ever had a daily RO report without it saying someone's lost their proficency, it's a little spammy tbh

I support! I'd rather get no rollover summary than daily proficiency loss notifications. I hate getting excited to check my summary only to see that it's the same wolves losing proficiency day after day after day.

Another idea is that removing a wolf from a role halts all notifications about that wolf's previous role. Obviously, if you change a wolf's role, he or she will forget the old role. The notifications in that scenario are kinda redundant.
