Also, I totally understand that feeling, Cootie and CaliforniaDreamin! Thankfully, I had some lore developed from the get go (basically, a large chunk of the pack are political exiles, on the run after escaping execution) that helped me keep from indulging in my “breed everything” tendencies! XD That will not be as helpful once the pack settles in, and they have the resources for everyone to have pups.

I'm currently strongly resisting the urge to breed my main - I bred her once, to her true mate, Tempest, and got almost a perfect mesh of both of them in one of their pups that I'm keeping. I would love for them to have a second litter but after the tutorial was over I chose a different breeding male so that's out of the cards for me xD 

Same here, but I did that on purpose, I'm not trying to choose between 10+ heirs to continue the lineage, 3 is good enough for me XD.

Honestly I am still in the Lioden mindset that cubs are so low risk, so I should breed every heat. It's really a problem. I just want my wolves to be happy and have pups

Heh, I accidentally killed my initial breeding male- I somehow missed the memo that once you retire them (outside the breeding tutorial), they are moved to past pack members. I’ve been hoarding GC, thankfully, so I should have enough to put my lead’s new beau when I breed her.

Some already-established tidbits:

• The Wraithwood wolves make their territory within a 'haunted' wood. At the lead of Anavo (my lead wolf) they are at war with these spirits in order to claim this forest as their own, and to be known as the most feared beings within Wraithwood Forest.
• Anavo is an awful leader, on her own. She's rash and reckless and impulsive, following whatever first thought pops into her head. It's her companion Skulker who whispers his ideas to her, prodding her to lead in the 'right' direction.

Aaa thanks, Ghost! I love coming up with unique names for caves/dens, each one actually is for certain ranks or roles. For example, Tanglestep Hollow is for scouts/hunters who specialize in speed and agility, Rootknot Burrows are for finishers or wolves who specialize in strength, Thornberry Thicket for mothers/pups, etc! They're all inspired by the forest and landmarks, cause I'm a total nature nerd ^^

cryptid, I am honestly so close to buying more den materials just so I can steal borrow your den idea Cx I already have the Sick Den and the Storm Chasers, but I feel like they could do with more creative names. Oh, maybe something like the Burrow for the medicine den, as I always pictured Foxglove's den being a hole in the side of the hill. I definitely need to take a page out of your book either way, though. Tanglestep Hollow and Thornberry Thicket sound like locations out of a Lord of the Rings novel! Teach me your ways ;~;

also, @ everyone, Cootie gave me the fabulous idea of linking everyone's lore on the membership page. So if you have a lore page you'd like to be linked, lmk and it will be added on the membership page beside your name. This thread can be used to discuss each other's lore and compliment each other's work as I imagine that none of you will want people posting on your actual threads.
