[WIP] Interactive Cats Adopts

GENETIC GUIDE

My goal is to follow as close as possible the real genetic when i'm breeding and create the cats. However, except for the albinos cats, the eyes won't follow any rules but my own.

I will try to be as clear as possbile but id you don't understand of if you find a mistake, feel free to tell me !

All the following things are me learning as best as I can the cats genetic from messybeast.com, check it out if you want to, it's really complete and interesting :)

Okay, let's start with : 

NATURAL LOCUS

B Locus

It's the locus that give the cat the color black, brown or cinnamon, with B dominant over b who is dominant over b1, it will be noted B > b > b1 in the future. 

B_ will give you a black based cat

b_ will give you a chocolate based cat

b1b1 will give you a cinnamon based cat

O Locus

It's the locus that give the cat the color orange / red, it is full dominant over the B locus. However, as it is attached to the X chromosome, the males cats only have one of them. Note that O > o. 

For the males it will be :

YO will give you a red based cat

Yo will give you a non-red based cat

For the female it will be :

OO will give you a red based cat

Oo will give you a tortoiseshell or calico cat (see B locus)

oo will give you a non-red based cat

C Locus

It's the locus that will set if your cat is albinos or if he is colorpoint (siamese, tonkinese, burmese...).

C > c > cs / cb / cm (cs, cm and cb are co-dominant)

C_ : no albinism or colorpoint

c_ : pink eyes albinos cat

cscs : siamese

cscb : tonkinese

cbcb : burmese

cmcm : mocha

cmcb : burmocha

cmcs : siamocha

D Locus

It's the dilute locus : it make you black cat become blue, your chocolate cat become lilac, etc.

D > d

D_ : no dilute

dd : dilute

Dm Locus

It's the dilute modifier locus, it change your cat color only if it is already dilute : your blue cat become caramel, etc. Dm > dm

Dm_ : modifier

dmdm : no modifier

Wd Locus

It's the white dominant locus : it make you cat become full white even if he is orange. It's dominant over all locus. Wd > wd

Wd_ : full white cat

wdwd : non-white cat

Ws Locus

This is the locus that will give your cat his white markings ! It goes to a little / no white to almost full white, we have Ws > ws. 

WsWs : 60% - 99% white 

Wsws : 20% - 60% white

wsws : 0% - 20% white

A Locus

This is the locus that will give your cat their tabby markings ! A > a

A_ : Agouti (tabby)

aa : Non-agouti

Ta Locus

This is the locus that can make your cat a ticked tabby. Ta > ta.

Ta_ : Ticked tabby 

tata : no ticked tabby

Sp Locus

This is the locus that can make your cat a spotted tabby. Sp > sp

Sp_ : Spotted tabby (only if tata so Ta > Sp)

spsp : no spotted tabby

Mc Locus

This is the locus that can make your cat a mackerel tabby or a classic tabby. Mc > mc

Mc_ : Mackerel tabby (only if tata and spsp so Ta > Sp > Mc)

mcmc : classic tabby

I Locus

This is the locus that can make your cat a silver or a smoke cat. I > i

I_ : silver if tabby, smoke if no tabby

ii : no silver or smoke 

L Locus

This is the locus that make your cat a long-haired or a short-haired. L > l

L_ : short fur

ll : long fur

NOT NATURAL LOCUS

At Locus

This is the locus that can make your cat have a tan point. At > at

AtAt : saddle tan

Atat : tan point

atat : no tan

Me Locus

This is the locus that can make your cat a merle. Me > me

MeMe : heavy merle

Meme : average merle

meme : no merle

H Locus

This is the locus that can make you cat having heterochromia eyes (except for albinos) H > h

H_ : homochromia eyes

hh : heterochromia

For the breeding, i roll between 0 and 1 for each parents for each locus and after i got everything, i design the cat.

BREEDING CENTER

Here, you will be able to breed two of your cats ! It will cost 200sc or 2gc, and i will work on the litter. The number of kits is randomly generated by a number : 1kit (10%), 2kits (20%), 3kits (30%), 4kits (30%) and 5kits (10%).

When I finish the litter (it can take a week if i have to much work), you will be able to choose 1 kit, and the rest will cost 50 sc each for you and 100 sc for the others. It means the ones you don't want will be up for adoption.  Of course, you are always prioritary to choose wich kits you want :) 

Each kitten have 5% of chance to have a mutation (albinos, tan points or merle) and you will be able to rise their chances with an item.
