Oh I completely forgot to do the participation prizes after a pup dies today, I ran out of bones D:

Puppy Death
During a routine patrol, one of your scouts reported that they found Taliesin Summersong 🥚's corpse lying on the ground. He must have been snatched by an eagle, judging by the deep cuts in his body left by the predator's talons. He either died from bleeding out, or falling from a great height. What a shame.

rip little guy, even the Day of Mercy couldn't save him :o7:

So, TIL that if you feed a wolf to max but don’t play with it until max, the survival percentage doesn’t change (so, no -15 or +7). 

I’ll test max amusement without max food on another wolf to see what happens.

Even though it would have been cool to have a pup survive at 2%, BB didn't make it!

Puppy Death
While patrolling your territory borders in the night, you heard an ominous growl. The source of the growl revealed a terrible sight. A wolf from a nearby rival pack was holding a pup's corpse in its mouth. After a series of alerting growls and barks, the wolf stalked away hidden in shadows, leaving the pup's body behind. Upon investigation, you realize the corpse belonged to the young Browned Butter, now cold and lifeless.

This is the first time I think I've seen this text before lol who straight up killed her!?
