The Need-To-Knows: 

If puppies, they will be assigned a pup-sitter for the duration of their puppyhood, and will be transferred to new owner as soon as transferable. All Auctions will end on the day and time posted (for cubs, this is when they can be transferred), with the official winner announced the following day. If the top bid does not have room for the new wolf or accept trade within 48 hours, there will be a 15SC/day holding fee, or forfeit of purchase.

I know that at this time that's an extremely low GC value, but we all know that SC is the real gold around here right now. As the game ages, this will be adjusted.
