Maybe it would be better to simply remove the dynasty cap. Apparently, there isn't one on Lioden. Please consider it, so people can continue to fondly look back on their beloved wolves who've already passed away. As of now, my dynasty spots are full again, and I have a lot of elderly wolves nearing the end of their lives. I'm going to have to start deleting records again... ๐ญ ------------------------------------------------------------------------ Update! Thank you all, for your support. And thank you Game Developers for raising the cap by another 100 spaces. I am extremely grateful! However, this is only a temporary fix. Eventually, the cap of 200 will be reached, maybe in another year, or perhaps in two, but this is an excellent start! Maybe it can be raised by 100 slots per year? I will preserve the text of the original post below, as well as update it with the wolves I lost, before the raising of the dynasty cap was implemented. I'm so glad that no one else will have to go through what I did. RIP to these wolves, whose records were destroyed or expired: And to the 9 I chased right before they died. Lacey Shaley Silverado Maggia Sorara Dorado Cardy Oriri And Quartzie Original Post: As some of you may know, I'm a base-collector, and I set out to collect every base in the game. I succeeded. As my wolves aged and died, I had assumed I'd be able to store each one in my pack's dynasty, for posterity's sake. I was mistaken. I found out today that the Dynasty caps at 100 wolves. There is no way for me to add more slots. Four of my wolves are currently unstored. So my request is this: Please increase the number of slots in the Dynasty. Increase the price per slot after the first 100 if you have to... I worked hard to obtain the wolves that I have, and took care of them, and raised them for the entire course of their lives. To not be able to put all of them in my dynasty feels like all that work went to waste, and I'm rather attached to my pixel wolves. Having to destroy records in favor of other wolves, or letting my unstored wolves' records expire is going to hurt... I know I can take a screenshot of their record and store it off-site, like on my Google Doc, but it just won't be the same. As time progresses, more and more people will begin running into this issue. I'd rather they not have to make the same choices. So, please consider my request, and thank you for listening. |

For lore writers like me, it can be pretty difficult to choose which wolves to keep and which ones to not. The fact your den capacity goes to 200 while the dynasty only goes to 100 is quite problematic. IF you had all the den and dynasty slots and kept all your wolves, and they all died on the same day.ย You could only save half of them. 100% support |

@speedyscout I assume Wolvden is going to be around for a while, and that some people would like to play this game long-term. And the longer they play, the more likely it is that they'll run into this issue. I just happen to be the first person who did (I think?). With a dynasty cap like this, it may discourage people from continuing to breed and collect wolves past a certain point. And I'm pretty sure that's something that the game developers don't want. ๐ |
