Twisted Crown smiled at the pups, before turning to look at one of the dens. She gazed in awe at the simple yet effective structures. "These are so much more clever than our cave dens," she said, with wonder in her voice.
"It's safer then having them in the open here anything could get the pups, plus it's quieter down here so helps get pups to sleep I should introduce you to our healer Silvered Cedar" she smiled and headed to the exit looking back at twisted crown to say follow me
Lotus looked around and called out for Silvered Cedar and he quickly came trotting over the blue in his pelt visible " hello Silvered Cedar this is the alpha of the Broken Shadow Pack"
"Welcome" he nods to twisted crown with a smile "It's nice to meet you"
Twisted Crown nodded in greeting, and motioned for Silver Cloud to come over. Silver Cloud bounded over, and he smiled, nodding politely. "It's nice to meet you," Twisted Crown said, "My name is Twisted Crown, and my companion here is Silver Cloud." Silver cloud smiled at Silvered Cedar.
Twisted Crown looked at Lotus, and idea forming in her head. "I would like to propose an alliance between our packs," she said. "I believe that it could strengthen both packs and allow my pack to further connect with the world beyond our borders, as well as create a trade route between us."
"That would be great being a small pack it would be beneficial to have an alliance" she smiled her tailing wagging a bit nodding in agreement "how would this alliance be sealed?" Lotus looked at twisted crown wondering her answer
"We should seal the alliance on neutral ground, at the base of the mountain path," Twisted crown said, "Crow Heart will record the alliance for my pack, and if you have a record keeper in your pack I suggest you make note of the alliance as well. My pack has a tradition of blood promises, but if you are not willing to do so, I would be fine doing something else."
"What's a blood promise?" Lotus asked confused " and Silvered Cedar will take note of the alliance" she smiled and looked at her waiting for a response.
"A blood promise is where two wolves prick their paws on a sharp rock, and the blood combines, creating a pact between them sealed in blood," Twisted Crown explained, "If the pact is in between two packmates, such as a pair bond, the stone is kept in the painted cave as a reminder of that pact. So, are you willing to make a blood promise or would you like to propose an option?"
"Well my though for a blood promise was mates like one of my pups and one of yours uniting the packs a little bit like that but each pack keeps there own traditions and such" lotus asked her hopeful.
