"We promise to unite the packs when we have pups that are willing to do so using your tradition then when the time comes are pups will settle it with their union" she smiled and looked hopeful.

Twisted Crown nodded. "That would work quite well. Meet me at the base of the path next sunrise, and bring any wolves you would like. I will be bringing Crow Heart and Silver Cloud. It was nice meeting you, Lotus," she said, motioning to Silver Cloud to follow her. Twisted Crown turned and walked out of the camp, and back towards the mountains.

(The next morning)

Twisted Crown, Silver Cloud, and Crow Heart walked quickly down the winding path that led down to the grasslands. Crow Heart held a large pointed stone in her mouth. Twisted Crown took long, confident strides, while Silver Cloud trotted to keep up with her. Crow Heart walked a few paces behind them.

Lotus headed for the prairie with Frosted Oak and silvered cedar, Lotus took small delicate strides that were quick, silvered cedar and Frosted Oak took longer strides to keep up.
Silvered cedar had a large-ish stone that could be carved into.

Twisted Crown nodded in greeting. "Let's begin the ritual," she said.
Crow Heart places the sharp rock under Twisted Crown's paw, and Twisted Crown places her paw on it, flinching slightly when it broke the skin. Crow Heart then placed the stone next to Lotus and waited.

Lotus looked at the stone and nodded placing her paw on it and giving a small Yelp as it pieced her skin
