From my experience, Mods are quite active and I have always received a reply within 24H, sometimes even in a bunch of hours.
I don't think they have fixed hours but it depends on when they are online.

I'm not a mod so this is just me speculating, but if it's about an account reset/delete, maybe they will take longer because they will have to discuss with admins about it.
