I have a couple of questions, 

do you accept other types of payment methods or just only GC? 

What if someone doesn’t have a toy house & wants to adopt a toy house adopt, would they still receive the adoptable or is it strictly toy house owners only to adopt? 

Are there certain rules once someone has full access to a adoptable?

I'll accept SC following whatever the current exchange rate is, however GC is very much preferred - which is why it's the only payment method listed.

You don't need a Toyhouse, no. If someone buys an adopt with a TH profile but doesn't have a TH themselves, if they tell me i'll just delete that for them and they can go on with their way with their character.
The Toyhouse stuff is purely for convenience.

There is certain rules, they're all on my TOS under "Adopts, General Designs and Customs".
