@Vanitati Mortem: To give a little bit of a background, the official raffle system only allows for 20 item prizes to be put up within a raffle. Someone that is intending to raffle off more than 20 item prizes might put the remaining items into a trade as "proof" that any player can click on and view to see, "Oh, okay, they have the rest of the items, this raffle is safe to enter". Raffle proof trades commonly have either no buyout or unrealistically high buyouts to prevent players from making offers or purchasing the trades. An example would be if I wanted to raffle off 100 Acorns—I could only put 20 in the raffle, so I put the remaining 80 Acorns in a trade at a buyout of 1500 GC and set the trade name/description to "Raffle Proof, Do Not Offer".

These types of trades are not allowed as they are considered to be misuse of the Trading Center system. Players should only be creating trades containing actual assets they intend to trade or sell with others, and raffle proof trades go against that.

As far as the poll is concerned, I mostly just want to avoid the 'no points for neutrality' situation, one where you only get benefits to being incredibly evil or extremely saintlike.
