Just than, a medium sized, shiny silver male came bursting through the woods and stopped in front of his mother. "We're here! I'd this them? Is that the human? The others are just behind me, the whole council, except for Caeden and Creek, who stayed behind to get the others to the taiga safely." Komats was quite loud. Inuk looked at her son, and ushered him back a bit. "Thank you very much Komats, but try not to startle the human..she's quite wary of other wolves, for good reason." A few more wolves trotted from the brush, a flame-coloured male with flowers in his fur, a very dark coated female with a leather cloak and crystal jewelry, as well as bright red eyes, and Hawke. Hawke walked up beside her brother and gave him a bap on the head. "I told you to slow down when you got here!" Komats gave an offended look. "Inuk said to get here quick!" He protested. Inuk settled them down, "wolves!, we will have time to converse a bit later, right now, we have some work to do. There are potential hunters lurking near here, and they might be after the human. Her pack has already left to find a new territory." Inuk than looked to Blue. "They're all here, is there anything more we should do for your pack? We will keep Nellie guarded from any other humans, but will the others be safe traveling to the forest?" The dark female, Chemukh, came forward beside her mother. "If I may intrude.." her low voice speaking to Blue. "If I can get an idea of where the hunters are..I may be able to send in energetic distractions in order to lure them away from us, as well as try and have a vision of where they are.." Inuk spoke to him as well. This is Chemukh, just the wolf I wanted you to meet." |

''Mhm,'' Blue said, jumping a bit. ''Super cool! Her sense of smell is so good, she can follow a lot of scent trails! She can smell wolves coming too, but rather she also feels them, feels danger! Her wolf instincts are so awesome!'' Nellie recoiled a bit with a surprised ''Oh?'' but then stood still confusedly. Okay, that was cool she guessed. At least the wolf would know her scent now...? She wanted to take the oppurtunity to also take in the wolf's scent, but she thought that might be disrepectful, so she stayed still, trying to not breathe too much and accidentally catch the scent. Unlike Inuk, she won't have to get really close and sniff her fur for example, rather she could just breathe in from a distance and try to remember the scent. But she didn't. Blue didn't know if that would be a good thing.. Then, he looked up and dropped his ears. ''Uh.. yeah.. she tripped over a... log, I think? It was quite a hard fall, but she seems to be okay, it just startled her, that's all.'' He looked at her. Her face was still a bit dirty, as well as her clothing, but she really did seem to be alright. Which was a relief, honestly. Then, before Nellie could even fully feel it, she recoiled with a surprised ''Whoa-'' as a wolf came storming out of the bushes. She stood in shock for a bit, then looked at Blue and slowly, a grin formed ''....*that* wolf reminds me of you, Blue,'' she then said. This thought calmed her, but only a little. Blue made a surprised whimper and tilted his head. What? Him? Nooo, no waaay! He'd *never* do *that*!! But he was a bit concerned. Was that the human? Was that the- Subconciously, he moved a little closer to Nellie, putting his head under her knee. Yes..... that was 'the human'... what was it to him? He didn't do anything yet tho, and watched as the other wolves came too. Nellie leaned a little closer to Blue. ''...Well,'' she whispered to him .''...We're surrounded.'' Blue answered, but it was less excited than before. ''Well, honestly, I think we'll be fine.. We've held you up for long enough, I think you'd just want to get this over with and form the ally bond. It's a pity Flutter isn't here tho, but Danté is! Hopefully that's good... And Nellie, Nellie is too. But uh... you don't need go guard her, it'll be fine.. I-I can! And the rest of the wolves too... But... thank you!.. I think,'' he then said, the last conclusion with a worried gaze upon the wolf who'd been so... well, overwhelming upon seeing Nellie. But then he looked at the other wolf. Hey, she reminded him of Flutter! That thought relaxed him a bit. ''Uh... No need... I think. Flutter... Well, I don't know if she can do that. But.. thanks?'' Blue was a little nervous at this point. And with that, it wasn't even sure if his 'wolf behavior' was really... well... 'wolf like'. He was raised by a human after all... But that shouldn't stop him from... Well, never mind. ''But uh... I don't know. Our den was well hidden within the mountains...'' As he said that, he looked up and backwards, as if trying to see it. A longing homesickness to be seen in his eyes. Dreamy, he added; ''There were a lots of caves where I grew up. Some were natural, other natural and edited, others digged out... I just remember a nest in one of the caves, I think it was Nellie's. I slept there, with her, as a puppy. It was really comfy... And soft, there were soft things. .... I just don't know if there's any caves in the Deciduos Forest, or if we can even dig them out...'' He sighed. ''Hopefully it's temporary, you know there's lots of people that just hunt... well, for *fun*. I admit, we do that too, but we do also try to save what we hunt. Danté taught us all *that*... But either way, some humans hunt for food too... I just don't know what they'd do if they'd find us, or even one of us. Oh... and the puppies, I hope the puppies are alright...'' He knew from experience that puppies could be real trouble makers... That's how he ended up here in the first place... Then, he raised his ears and head some. ''But uh... what? Just the wolf you wanted me to meet, what?'' |

Inuk looked back and gave Komats a look. "Settle down, Komats. All your questions may be answered later, but right now I need you at your best." Komats looked at his mother and suddenly sat down as tall as he could. Like he was mimicking a strong war general, which would be more like his sister.. but he wanted to look impressive non the less. Inuk turned back over to Blue and Nellie, with Chemukh beside her. As Blue was talking, the flame coloured male came up beside Chemukh. His name was Finche, the pack's well loved herbalist. He was trained very young in herbalism, and became a full proficiency herbalist before he even hit 2 years old, so Inuk has valued his skills since the beginning. Finche listened and looked curious as Blue was talking about his mountain home, and moving to the deciduous forest. The pressence of his human, sounded important to him, as he listened to the light furred wolf speak. Finche stayed quiet, and waited. He hadn't spoken up yet since they arrived. Inuk looked at Blue as he explained. "Well, you are right. I have also noticed hunters gravitate towards those woods more than they do the mountains and such. The forest is much easier to get through, my pack lived there when we first moved to these lands, so we stayed as deep in the woods as we could. It dosent have the cliffs and peaks we love now, but if you look, you can find some small piles of boulders and rock that form small caves.. perhaps my packs first territory still stands. If so, you can live there. Many burrows under the rock piles and large tree roots. Especially the trees that lay on the hill, their roots are long and great for deep burrows." She grinned. "It would be a decent home until you can find your way out of there, and as far away from Nellie's attackers as possible. I don't know exactly how much they pose a threat, or how much they're actively seeking her out.." Inuk looked down for a moment as she thought, before she turned her ears back up to Blue's last comment. She looked to Chemukh and smiled before looking back to Blue. "Do you remember when you were getting those really heavy and confusing visions after the first trip? after you ran all the way back home?, I mentioned about Chemukh, who'd be able to help interpret them and get answers. This is her, the fine Druid herself. I wanted you to meet her, to see if you wanted to try figuring out your visions." "But of course, all that can wait once we know you, Nellie and the pack will be alright. We can follow you to the forest before heading home, better to know that no one's been attacked by hunters, especially with what Flutterfoot found earlier. It smelt like it was very recent.." |
