Not Able to Select Special Bases Upon Registration

When I signed up on launch day I wasn't able to select a special base for my lead wolf, but I noticed that other players who registered the same day had lead wolves with the especial bases. Other than buying the item that lets you change your wolf's base, how is it possible that they have the special base but I wasn't able to select it? If it's the result of a bug, I hope I can get a chance to remake my lead wolf... |
