Shadow: She enjoyed Echo's company and being able to talk to him.
Echo: He also enjoyed speaking with Echo and hopes maybe something will come of their friendship.

Thick dark clouds rumble in the skies, as rains pour upon the lands. The water is unrelenting, and although no river has overflowed its banks yet, the sun seems to show no signs of arriving anytime soon.

Pebblestar was relieved that Berryleaf's search had gone well. She knew that the clan needed new life to grow, but it was still hard to send out a she-cat to search for someone willing to help out in that endeavor. Thankfully, Berryleaf had returned healthy and more importantly, with kit. Now, she and Powerbite were working together to hunt, and make sure the clan had plenty of prey before the kits were born.

Echo smiled at Shadow as the she-cat led him through the territory. He'd become quite smitten with her ever since he'd joined, and he wanted her to grow to like him as well. "So, Shadow," he asked quietly. The pale colored she-cat turned to look at him, tilting her head slightly. "I was wondering," he said, flicking his tail slightly "If maybe you wanted to just...hang out? later? Just the two of us?"

Shadow frowned "It's...only the two of us in the tribe anyways." she said. Echo laughed nervously, trying to continue "Yeah, but...you know, patrolling is so much different from hanging out, and you have a lot on your mind I'm sure so maybe we could just...spend some time? Together?"

Shadow and Echo seem to have grown closer while on patrol...will something become of this?
