Hello, i was wondering how some people shown their puppies as adults before time? Thank you!

You can see a pup as an adult in the Wardrobe! If you're seeing an image of the pup as an adult, then the person screenshotted the pic, used an image hosting site, and uploaded the photo to WD using the built in picture function (found next to Link, you can see it in this post directly to the left of the circled icon).

Heyyyy... I just joined today and I'm already so lost. I tried taking the tutorial but it stopped. I've befriended a couple of wolves and I wanted to check out the breeding, but I have stuff restricted because of quests I have to take...? I don't understand what the quests are or how  to find what  I'm supposed to do ! Any advice?

You'll need to complete the quest called "The Next Generation" to be able to breed. A lot of game mechanics are restricted until you do the quests, so I recommend doing them as soon as you can. Each step should be explained as you get to it, but let me know if you have questions about specific parts of quests! There's an archive of quests here. 

Thanks! Do I have to wait a few days to receive quests? It says I've done all 13 steps, but doesn't show me that there's any other quests to be done

Thank you! Do you know if there's a link where all the wolves taking stud requests are listed? Or would I have to just go through and search them up?

The only "list" is in the stud search, here. You can narrow it by choosing genetics, bases, markings, stats, etc. Alternatively you can look through the wolves posted here
