The chilly air breezes through your fur. The light fog all around you slightly blocks your view. It's relatively silent around these parts, not a chirp to be heard. Perhaps it's because no creature, big or small, wants to be heard by... you know who. You've heard countless rumors about this place. They say horrifying wolves dwell here, slithering though the exponentially tall pine trees. They emerge from the fog and ambush you when you're asleep.
A squelch of the muddy forest floor makes you prick your ears backwards. Something in near. Your blood starts pumping through your veins, your heart races, your ears are swerving frantically in attempt to pin-point where the being is. You begin circling in a panic. A silhouetted figure appears from between the trees, slowly emerging from the fog. Your paws begin to back up against a cliff face. The being pads closer. You can see it's glass-sharp claws scratching the floor. Skritch, skritch, skritch. It's drooling fangs taunt you as they inch closer and closer.
"Hiya! I'm Peepers McGee! Who are you?" As the being comes into view, it's just... an adolescent? Their speckled fur is still puffy and fluffy from pup-hood. They look harmless but you can never know what's an act around these parts. His little beady black eyes stare into yours.
