Freshly started and struggling ^^;

I just started a couple days ago and struggling to find my place let alone find a means of making money to get anywhere here. I see pups going for 1k-1.5k in forums and I'm blown away by that while..... -Side eyes 123 SC- The struggle is real?

SC is still harder to get once you get established so don't feel to bad it does get a bit easier once you've got the basics down. I find selling items to the raccoon or trading post as well as doing daily quests give a good boost. Quest normally bring in 100+ SC

See, I would sell items but I don't know what is good to keep and what should be tossed.

I've been doing my quests and I have food up in the trader, but still struggling. Hah. I know its going to be hard at first and don't expect it to be too easy ^^;

I'm kinda struggling a bit with SC as well XD Because nobody really as a huge amount of SC at the moment nobody is really able to spend heaps, (and i don't play as much as i'd like haha). 

I've found a lot of the carcasses you get given in explore can be used for quests so you can post on this -> wolvden.com  and either sell it or swap for something else you'd like. Battle quests are the hardest for me..

I try not to look at the trading center because then i spend 0.0 

I sell my pups pretty cheap really the most expensive i've sold is like 100SC or 5 GC people buy cheap pups which help to boost my SC. Until the market settles i think we'll all struggle a bit XD

I'm like super shiny new so I'd like to ask: is it better to sell the pups for now, especially since I don't really have a lot of space, or is it better to hold onto them? I'm honestly tempted to just pick up a pen and do some art since I have no idea how to earn money in this game xD Too sus of the raccoon to give him any of my items...

Hey Peony :) Some people seem to make alright SC and GC with art so give it a go! I personally can't lol

Raccoon can give good sc for full use items but really normally isn't worth it much and he only has a limit on how much you can get a day as well.

As for pups it depends on if you want to keep or not, unless i really like them i try sell or swap otherwise i just let them die or chase like on lioden XD... Pups are weaned at 2 1/2 months or 5 RO, adols at 6 months so don't need a pupsitter and become adults at 1 year. So you need space for each pup you want to keep otherwise they will run same as lioden and at 200sc to reclaim each wolf its rather expensive at the moment. So really up to your own personal choice but selling is a good way to make sc, i befriend wolves and sell them cheap.

Yeah I haven't drawn in a while, but I think I'll try setting up a shop at some point! And yeah the exchange rates for the raccoon seem so low, but I guess right now any SC thrown into the economy is needed right now. I'm thinking of keeping my first two pups and then probably getting pickier from here. I'm kind of aiming to fill up my hunting party more than anything, so I'm not selling any of the wolves I befriend just yet xD

Yeah that's what i did to start with just fill up spots for scouts, hunting and pupsitters then slowly faze them out as i get better wolves for the job. I've got two hunting parties so that when the girls are pregnant i have the boys to hunt.

Awww what an adorable pup (even if they're a big doggo)! I have no clue how but all of the wolves I've been getting so far are girls. Then again, I keep forgetting to check the sign on the left whenever I encounter a new wolf, but I really haven't been picky and have just been trying to get the first ones I find xD Even the pups are all girls as well! I'm still not sure if I'm just gonna make my leader my breeding male. Was hoping to at least find another one before deciding o ~ o

I only have three wolves in the hunting party so far, so I'm looking forward to completing it!

Yeah it can be hard to decide who to use as a breeder straight up, i just used my lead male though i didn't realize you could choose any male to be your breeder and still have a different lead. I just customized most of my main pack because i can't keep GC to save my life XD You can choose a male pup it just ages it up i think, or that could just apply for main male.....
