"Remove Breeding Male" - add some important information

Hello all. Something came to my attention today when I was trying to remove my current breeding male from his role as stud. I had my 20 GC ready, but when I came to the page, I was unable to remove him. Next to the Remove Breeding Male button there's a little caution sign, which if hovered over, reads "This male cannot be removed as a breeding male until one more rollover. You cannot remove breeding males on the day they have been bred."

I don't have a problem with this being a rule. I do have a problem with the fact that I've never seen this information before today. Its not stated in the breeding tutorial, nor on the Help: Breeding tab, nor on anything unofficial like Grouse House guides. I want to make this clear: I do not have a problem with this being a rule (even if I don't exactly understand why). I do, however, want this information to be readily available.

The reason this is such a big issue is because you are only told about this AFTER you've bred your breeding male that day. Meaning if you end up in a situation like mine (will explain shortly) there's nothing you can do. See, my current breeding male Alsax is 7 years, 5.5 months. Ever since he was a pup, I planned on immortalizing him at this age. But because I was unaware of this rule (that is not stated anywhere until after the fact), he might die before I can immortalize him. There is no way to guarantee his survival for another rollover, so I'm left sitting here stressing over something so easily avoidable. I don't want this situation to happen to anyone else, so I would like to see a change.

My suggestion is: have the information "You cannot remove breeding males on the day they have been bred." be added permanently to the Remove Breeding Male box, that way it is readily available information that can be viewed at any given time, preventing needless worry and stress. This would be a fairly simple addition that would require little coding.

Support. I was planning to immortalize my old stud (I managed to do so, thankfully) 1 rollover before the death roll age, but he was bred on that day, so I wasn't able to remove his breeding male status and apply a jellyfish. RNG was nice enough to not kill him the next rollover, but there was always the chance that I wouldn't have been able to immortalize him.
If I would have known ahead of time that the breeding male status couldn't be removed the day they were bred, this wouldn't have been an issue in the first place.

Crossing my fingers in hopes that he makes it another rollover :)

Your situation is just like mine, hopefully I get the same RNG that you did

I have also given my support.

As someone else who greatly enjoys planning and doing so on this lovely wolf game, I could hardly agree more with this change!

Wishing you all the best as well.

Thankfully, my boy made it and is now immortal! Here's hoping that this suggestion will garner some attention, I do not want others to get into my situation and be less fortunate.

I support, I've never heard about this until now.
I heard breeding males will not die of old age like leads. But I never verified it. (Someone please let me know if that is indeed the case or not.)
Is it possible to remove them as breeding male and then immortalize them on the same day after they rollover from the last day they were bred?

Leads are the only wolves guaranteed to live to 8 years old. Breeding males will start rolling for death at 7 years, 6 months, as any regular wolf will.

And as for your second question, I think so. If the last time your breeding male was bred was yesterday, for example, then you could remove him from the role and immortalize on the same day.

Support, or even remove the rule altogether. I genuinely don't understand what's the big deal is about me potentially breeding to two of my own breeding males in one day as long as I pay an absolutely exorbitant GC fee. The price tag on swapping out a stud, especially with a cooldown, is so prohibitive that it's non-exploitable. I've literally encountered the same issue today and went to make this suggestion myself, only to find it's one of the top suggestions anyway. I am planning to "host" someone else's wolf as my stud for myself & for them, and the wolf in question is quite old already. His days are numbered and I'm extremely upset with myself for breeding my current stud after RO because I didn't remember about this unintuitive rule.
Apologies if I come off emotional, just kind of bummed :/

Support, including possibility of removing the rule. Immortalization rules are complicated enough without this.
