What is the difference between lights-on and lights-off? Does lights-off mean you're not participating?

Lights off means you're out of tests or dont have time to answer right now.. lights on means you have treats and are ready for PMs/visitors

Not sure if it's just been me doing this, or if we're all supposed to, but I feel like when you're making the private trade for gifting, we should be making sure that whatever the buyout is (ie. 1SC) that you also include that in the gift otherwise (even if it's just 1SC) you're making profit on the "gift" which ultimately defeats the gift component... I know this is about giving and spreading some fun and I'm not trying to mini-mod, but with SC being so hard to come by, personally every one counts for me..

Just wanted to remind people that I ALWAYS have my lights on, but I am swamped IRL sometimes, so apologies if I take a bit to get to you. I will ALWAYS get you your treat though! :D 

Same, i just started working a factory job 12hrs a day 6pm-6am EST 2/3 days at a time so I can't consistently be on anymore but please drop me a trick or treat pm and I will happily get to you when I am able.

I never do this on LD, but I think I'll give it a try on here. SOunds super fun. c:
