Can't set breeder on my only male?

I have looked all over his profile, every tab and the only role available to him is hunter. Why?

I just checked and his fertility rate is N/A??

You have to click breeding, so go to den, click breeding. Then it should have a thing where you choose if there going to be your breeding male.
