Pictures, Image URLs

Ok, so whenever I try to put a picture in my Topic Posts it says "Insert Image URL"  How does that work?

you do it by copying the image adress into the space. if its a picture not from wd or wardrobe, you need to uload it on a host site first, like postimg or imgur.
