They also relaxed when they saw the other do the same, and stepped a bit closer. They held a hand out in greeting, "They call me Ateus. It's a pleasure to meet you, Xiao." Ateus answered, a vague smile gracing their features. They werent great at being friendly, that could be because they hadn't been around other people in hundreds of years. Or it could be for a different reason, but they doubted it. |

*Walked around doing nothing in particular he watched the humans that passed by as he would hide in alleys or old buildings some of them would stop thinking they heard something and he would immediatly hide to keep from being spotted because who knows they might be in some disguise* [Casey] *Her wings tucked close to her side she walked around getting an eye for where she is she was a little skittish when anyone would walk up to her but being skittish keeps you safe as she would tell herself over and over again she worried sometimes that she was being too careful but she would dodge those thoughts away thinking about the amount of robbery's and murders she's seen and told herself you can never be too careful she crossed the street walking through the west side of town* |

[Watsonia | Angel] The old woman's eyes twinkled knowingly. Is this how he confirmed her suspicions? "You're far too young to be having thoughts like that." She placed her cup to her lips and left half of a pink lipstick kiss on the rim. "So many beautiful things are fleeting. I hope as you grow you'll find more people with that mindset. I truly believe everyone cares, but we can get wrapped up in living." She paused and her eyes lingered on the emptied cup. "Would you accompany an old woman out of here? There have been more shenanigans around lately." It was an open invitation to continue the conversation with less humans around. The shenanigans part was true, anyway. Her migration to the store lately had been observed by uninterested eyes in the alleys. Uninterested, but concerning. [Gasper | Demon] "Ah!" Gasper flinched and waved his fingers free of the cat's paw. A little scratch dented his digits. He leaned back dramatically, "Stupid cat! He might be nice to birds, but maybe not to me." He looked at Dante with the sad eyes of a man who really, really wanted to hold a cat but wouldn't risk it. "Good thing we aren't like, vampires, or you'd be toast, little man! You've got my blood on your dainty little paws!" Were vampires real? He wasn't sure. Demons and angels were at least. He turned back to Farren, wiping his hand along his dark pant leg and then using the same one to scrunch Dante's head like a facehugger. "Anyway. I truly have curiosity about angels rather than malice. I know I'm not a good guy and you aren't a goody two-shoes either. I call a truce- at least between the two of us." |

*walked around going nowhere in particular looked around avoiding the looks people gave him as long as he didn't attract attention he'd be fine he didn't need anyone asking questions about angels or guardians or demons his wings were hidden for now due to the fact he didn't need extra clarification that he was an angel he got jumped by a demon earlier he won but it was still annoying* ((Ai? Xiao hesitated for a moment, this kind of formality was taught to them awhile ago and it made them realize it'd been awhile since their last mutual interaction. "Likewise." They shook Ateus' hand gently. There was no need for excessive strength. "It's been awhile, might I ask if you're encountered any other-Earthly beings?" Xiao asked, they were referring to those who weren't mortal such as demons, angels, other guardians and even Gods. Although the last one was the most unlikely. [ Valentine | God ] The weakened God wasn't one to turn down a request, gleefully agreeing to come along. "Of course miss, it'd be an honor." He answered, standing by from his seat. The world had changed in front of his slumbering eyelids and company would ease him back into it. ((Both of my characters are interacting with others at the moment.)) |

Dante hissed but when he batted at Gasper's hands his claws were kept sheathed. Farren snorted, watching the cat mess with the demon, no hesitation in batting at the much larger thing. When Gasper spoke again she looked back to him, leaving Dante to settle and watch the two of them, the cat's tail flicking across the ground as he watched with eyes far too intelligent for a simple cat. "Wouldn't that be wonderful, a truce between angels and demons...." Farren sighed lightly but nodded with a small smile after. "I mean, it's not like I'm usually in those areas but there's not much point refusing." Dante purred quietly, letting his gaze flicker away. The night was getting late, the sky turning darker and darker and.... he still didn't have any food. Shame. |

Echo, Angel Human Hybrid, She/Her, PansexualEcho wonders around, somewhat aimlessly with her hands behind her back. she hums softly, her wings spread proudly out like peacock feathers as she watches the ground, kicking a rock that wasnt much bigger than other ones around her. She begins to sing to herself softly, careful not to let anyone hear, not wanting to accidentally make someone pass out. "Blooming ever sweet, the evil flower reaps. Drowning colors till its all, you, can, see~! pittiful as ever, they were growing by her side! just to pave the road ahead of them, their destiny to die . . ." |
