@Slynn - Herbalists can make them with the right herbs once they're trained enough! I'll send you two Cure-For-Alls in the meantime since I saw you've got another wuff sick too. Cure-For-Alls work on any illness and my herbalist can make those more often than flu cures because of the herbs she usually finds.
