"If only that we're true." Rain mutters, thinking about his pack, and the vicious wolves he met when he was chased away. He gives up at nudging the pup and curls up around him, preferring to sleep in the day "hey mirage, remember that thing I was talking about earlier, the Sun? It should be up now if you wanna go see it."

Mirage was quietly standing in the corner of the clearing, all signs showing he was in some form of shock or confusion (or maybe both) on what had just happened.

Mirage looked towards Rain, eyes wide, before quietly scooting himself behind the much larger wolf and promptly curling into a ball.
"Too fast. too much sound. I need a moment."
  Upon closer inspection, Mirage was slightly shaking.

(sensory overload- on a side note Mirage currently trusts Rain, somewhat trusts Tadpole and Whisper, and can't form an opinion of the others yet as he hasn't really met them)

"Mhm" Rain hasn't slept in days, he's exhausted and falling asleep. He shifts so his snout is touching Mirage's paw "I get it. Imma sleep now." And he passes out.

Mirage tends to fall asleep easier around others are asleep, and seeing how he was already tired, he passes out unintentionally.

(I was just thinking about how long ago it was when any of them last slept.)

(Yeah, even before everyone met, Rain has trouble sleeping, and hasn't for about a week.)

In his sleep Rain dreams about the years with his pack, he shivers and heats up, mumbling about "Mono" and "Owl" untill he suddenly jerks awake, it's night again. He looks at the sleeping wolves next to him and gets up slowly, "I need to walk it off" he mutters, then leaves to the woods.

Mirage felt a slight movement, and woke up for just a second; he quickly fell back asleep, the cool night's wind singing a lullaby the moon taught his pack long ago.

Rain kept his eyes open and ears sharp as he walked, he knew that night was far more dangerous than daytime. He heard a crack and pounced to it.
"Oh! Lucky I guess"
He kills the rabbit swiftly, then goes back to camp to check on the others, bringing his rabbit with him

Mirage awoke again to the sound of paw steps; tiredly he looked over to the movement, and once he saw it was only Rain, he gave a soft smile.
