"That's unfortunate," He apologized, thinking of what may have happened without much ideas, "Most of the wolves in my pack were nice to me, but I think it's only because I was favored by our elder and my parents were of higher status, my father being the heir and my mother being the herbalist. Most pups and wolves my age didn't talk to me much, but mostly because I was always busy with something else I was doing, whether important or not; still, I love my pack- I want to go back eventually."
Tadepole thought back to her pack, there were some nice wolves she guessed. But none nice enough to try to save her and her sister she thought bitterly. "Hows the pup going?" She asked trying to get her mind off her pack.
"I don't know, last time I checked he was breathing fine, but I have very little medical knowledge. Poppy seeds were the only thing my kind in our pack were allowed."
"No we need to lead with our right front paw then the back left!" Shilah angrily mutters to herself. Moving her paws how she thinks she's supposed to. Her legs just get all tangled up and she falls into a messy heap onto the the dirt. She gives an irritated huff as she glowers at her offending appendages, "Feet I've told you before you can't be tripping me all the time!" picking herself up and shaking to get rid of the debris that was clinging to ragged fur. Her stomach growls painfully to remind her it hadn't eaten anything that day except the fish carcass that had strangely appeared in her mouth as she'd been chewing on a stick. "Well if you're gonna growl you could at least help me hunt!" Trotting deeper into the wilds she sniffed around trying to find what she thought wild wolves would call a scent trail. Nose and eyes to the ground she barreled forward seeking this mysterious scent trail. There! She darted forward at full gallop not bothering to lift her head from the ground to look where she was headed and rammed right into furry body!
Aurubu let out a yelp of surprise and shock. She whipped around and growled at whoever had bumped into her. "Watch it!" Then she smelt a new scent. It was no-one previously here. A new... wolf?
Shilah once again glares at her feet, "We just had this talk..." she mutters under her breath before yet again climbing up off the dirt floor. Looking around she realizes there are..."REAL WOLVES!!!" She yells loudly a look of awe on her face. "What are you doing here??"
Rain doesn't respond for a while "d-did that dog just s-speak Wolf?" He looks the dog in the eyes "are you with hunters? Two walkers? Some all them skins, or humans?"
Smiling probably to widely she nods her head vigorously, "Yes she did although she is a only half dog!" all this said while still nodding, "The other half is wolf. But both your halves are wolf so you're a real wolf right?" her head stopped bobbing as she frowned slightly in confusion, "Math is hard!" she plops her rump down as her ears pin back a look of furrowed concentration her face.
