Chimera, Amelanism, and Leucism?

I'm relatively new and just thinking aloud here guys. I was wondering if it would be too much to ask about possibly integrating more defects such as Leucism, Amelanism, or even Chimera, into genetics? I mean, since we have albinism and melanism already established here then why not?

I need feedback, let me know what your personal opinion would be on this!
