Turning to look into the sky she said "I've only met one of your kind before and the reaction was much of the same to yours. Defensive, silent…deadly" she chuckled with a dark laugh. 'I'm not here to hurt you, creature. If I had wished to do so I wouldn't have placed an illusion on that bird you caught. I would have simply placed it upon you instead. But alas," she looked back at the creature, "you intrigue me instead'.

"So you do talk" she lets out another barking laugh her eyes filling with amusement. "Just as the other of your kind did as well. But he was far older and took a bit more prodding." She chuckled, settling her tails behind her as not to bring about any signs of aggression.

Posted 2022-06-10 16:59:10 #769548 Shadow ignores the fox, not in the mood for talking and still starving, the food she had eaten already losing affect since wendigos digest things like it's a race and they have to be impossible to beat, hence why they were so deadly and always hunting.

"Tell you what," she pauses trotting after the wendigo, "if I help you catch food will you answer some of my questions?" She looks at the wendigo still trotting beside her, her foxish eyebrow (pretend foxes have eyebrows for a sec lol) raised slightly.

(I think I'm gonna make her tails longer bc 2 feet seems too short for how tall she is) "Your kind must consume much, and frequently. If it's the both of us hunting you will be satiated a lot quicker, and I will let you keep all the pelts as well. " she says

I can hunt perfectly fine ON MY OWN! " She growls, making some words more defined to make her statement more clear, continuing to walk.

Posted 2022-06-10 17:18:03 (edited) #769571 Ouro raises an eyebrow at the agitated wendigo, "Never once did I say you needed my help, wendigo…" she pauses flicking a singular tail against a tree's bushes, watching as a rabbit darts out, it's eyes wide in fear. "…But perhaps your hunger has driven you from seeing that of which is right in front of you. Makes the mind an enemy" she says while snapping the rabbits neck in her jaws. After the sharp crack, she sets it down in satisfaction.
