Her eyes went wide when she heard the woman mention Sero, but she quickly went blank again. She stood up and swayed a little bit, and had to support herself with the tree.
"You might delay, but time won't." She muttered, finally being able to stand without a support. "Come on. I've got some stuff back at my place." She motioned for her to follow. "Just uh- Keep the dog away from me, please." She added, not making eye contact.
She started walking in the direction of the cottage, still worried there might be UCA agents nearby.

Ashley followed after her before she gave a command to Jaxx.
"Jaxx, bleib zurück." She spoke in flawless German. The dog had ended up walking a good couple of feet behind them, avoiding Yurami.

She quickened her pace a bit, though she didn't explain why.
She just spoke German.    Yes.    I understood her.    Yes.      I don't speak German though!    Yes.
Once they got back to the cottage, she opened the door and walked inside, waiting for her to follow. Once she did, Yurami shut the door and walked up the stairs to the attic. She went and grabbed some bandages and alcohol from her backpack, then gestured for her to sit down.
"Sooo- You gonna sit down and tell me your name, or are we just gonna keep standing here in awkward silence?" She asked, seeming dead serious. Jaxx was waiting patiently by the stairs, but she could tell he didn't like being far from his owner.

Jaxx whimpered as he laid down. Ashley gave a small nod before she sat down, " My name is Ashley Wood. But most people just call me Ash...If you have questions, ask them. I will do my best to answer them."

She paused, setting down her things on the bed.
". . What did my file say about me.?" She asked as she wiped the blood off of Ash's neck.
She could feel the confusion radiating off of her, so she elaborated. "M-My brother. . He told me that I-" She trailed off, not really even wanting to finish that sentence. "He said I've been marked as lethal." She didn't make eye contact. She instead continued to wipe off the blood.

She was silent for a moment before she spoke, "I will say this...from the day you were born, there was signs that you had abilities, but what they think you can do, is what scares them the most."

She grabbed a cotton pad and put some rubbing alcohol on it. She dabbed it around the cut carefully, trying not to hurt her.
"No one in my family has ever had abilities, so how is that possible?" She asked, tossing the dirty cotton pads into the plastic bag on the floor. "Even my brother knew I was marked lethal, but I thought they kept that stuff from the public?" She tried to ask the more important questions, and right now, there was only one left.
"And . . Do you know what I can do.?"

Ashley hesitated before she spoke again, " I have a hunch...but I don't know if I'm right, but I have already seen the signs myself. " She looked at Yurami. "Your ability, will be like nothing anyone has ever seen."

Oh dam- I wasn't planning on her being that emphasized, but now that it's happening, I kinda love it .-. ))

She laughed a bit, setting down the cotton pads and grabbing some bandages.
"Isn't that ironic. . Because I've never shown signs of being unnatural before. So please, officer apathy, enlighten me." She teased, but quickly realised who she was talking to and stopped.
"Besides, we've seen it all at this point." She grumbled, trying to figure out how to wrap the bandage.
