Ash gave a nod, and she quickly headed to the door. She was still in her uniform and she moved quickly even with all the heavy equipment on her. "We need to get out of the city, now." She said. She kept her eyes away from the kid.

She nodded and followed her, not sure how they planned to get out of town as fast as they needed to.
"I know, but how?" She asked frantically, covering Ollie's ears.
"We don't have a vehicle, and anyone that sees a kid with glowing eyes is gonna know what's up. We'll be flagged before we ever get out of town."

"I'll figure something out." She said quickly, before she approached her vehicle that she had left at the boys home. "It has tented windows, so no one will see him. He can seat in the back and if I drive, I can get us out of town."

"Are you crazy?! A stolen police car is gonna get us identified by tomorrow! They'll just run the plate!" She snapped, holding Oliver close.
"Do you have any better ideas?! We need some place to hide the kid, and this is our best bet!" Ash snapped back.
Yurami didn't protest again. She'd grabbed her backpack before they left the cabin, so there was nothing they'd need to stop and grab.
They got into the car and Yura got Oliver buckled in. She hopped in the back with him while Ash got into the driver's seat.

Ash drove the car as normal as she could. She tried not to speed or look suspicious at all. But soon, they reached a check point, "Everyone stay quiet." She pulled up the officers booth thing and rolled down her window. The officer raised an eyebrow, "Your a MP?" He asked and Ashley nodded. "Yes sir, do you need to see my ID?" The officer nodded and took her ID. After a few moments, Ashley started getting nervous.

She heard the conversation from the back while she and Ollie sat in the back.
The man handed back her ID, but still seemed confused.
"And who are these two?" He gestured to Ollie and Yura, who were pretending to have fallen asleep.
Oh god- Our cover is so blown! If she can't think of a reasonable excuse, then we're screwed! She panicked, when all of a sudden she heard Ash say . .

"They are two individuals I am transporting. They have valuable information that my superior wanted her to bring in for questioning." Ash said with a nod. The officer frowned more, "They most be important since your heading to the base outside of the city correct?" Ashley nodded, "Yes sir." With that the officer let her pass through. She rolled up her window, "Oh my god it worked."

"Holy shit- That was terrifying." Yura muttered before catching her foul language.
"Shoot- Sorry." She facepalmed, turning towards Ollie.
"Buddy, what happened to your mom and dad? And you said you have a sister too?" She asked, sounding slightly worried.
He thought for a moment before he answered. "Mommy and Papa got taken by the bad people, and Sissy is in the back yard." He looked up at her innocently.
". . Why is she in the back yard.?"
"Papa got angry."
She paused and looked up at Ashley, who she now realised hadn't looked at the kid once.
"Okay, bubba. We're gonna be driving for a while, so try to sleep." She told him as she climbed up into the front.
They rode in silence for a bit before she was sure Oliver was asleep.
"Why won't you look at him.?" She asked, fighting against sleep as the sun went down.

Ashley said nothing for a moment but she finally spoke. " I can't look at him...I can't look in the eyes of a boy I was sent to kill, because I am one of this bad people....I can't bring myself to look at him.."

I'm writing a book while we rp, so at least I'm doing something productive ))

She chuckled a little, but quickly realised how poorly timed that was.
"And here I was thinking you just hate unnaturals." She sighed, leaning back into her seat. ". . You're not like them, you know." She paused. "You didn't go through with it. You drew the line, and you didn't cross it." She looked over at Ash.
She yawned before speaking. "So, where are we headed, chief?" She asked, smiling weakly. "If I'm honest, I don't really know where we are. I've just been wandering from town to town, soooo~"
