She was surprised to hear any of this, and immediately hugged her tighter.
". . Y-You had me thinking you w-were ju-just using us. I-I thought you hated m-me!" She couldn't help the tears making their way down her face. She buried her head in Ash's chest, not wanting her to see her crying.

"Dammit. . You should have just come with me! Then none of this would have happened! I don't care how angry I get, you can't just let me leave like that!" She mumbled, already knowing it didn't make much sense. She stood there for a bit, clinging onto Ashley as if her life depended on it. She hadn't been able to hug this idiot in over two years, so she was making up for a shit ton of lost time.

She backed up a little, wiping Ash's face with her sleeve.
"I know, I know." She mumbled, taking in every detail of her face. "You . . You still feel the same." She smiled softly, moving the hair from Ash's face. She put her forehead back on her chest, listening to her heartbeat.
". . . Are- Are you gonna leave again.?" She muttered, avoiding eye contact. If Ash wanted to leave, that was her choice, but that doesn't mean it didn't make her upset.

She couldn't help the frown that made its way onto her face.
"Ash . ." She spoke softly, taking a step forward.
She could tell that she was keeping her hands away, but Yura was too emotionally exhausted to put up with it. She reached down with her gloved hand and took Ash's gently. She then took her ungloved hand and placed it on top of Ash's. She'd never made contact with a blood-bender before, so this was actually pretty exciting for Yurami. Blood-bending is a rare ability. So rare that the government considered keeping them alive for study, but they were deemed too dangerous.
"See? I'm fine, alright?" She reassured her, studying the ability she was absorbing.

Ash swallowed, her hands shaking. "You don't want to us that ability....its a horrible ability to have. To see it used on another human being is...terrifying. When it's done to you its painful."
