A few women rushed Yura away from Ash, asking her what happened and if she was okay. "W-What?! Of course I am! What are you talking about?" She demanded, tearing herself away from their grasp. "Did the bloodbender hurt you?!" "No! She's my friend, she'd never hurt me!" She sounded exasperated. She looked over towards Ash only to see . . Also, random idea for the future: What if at some point, Ashley loses control of her powers again, and almost hurts Yura? They can have an 'I know you won't hurt me' moment or something, and you can decide if she actually gets hurt or not? :3 )) |

Ashley had been corned again. People had surrounded her, had cornered her against a wall. She held her hands up which were shaking. Every time she tried to get away, they wouldn't let her. Her panic and fear seemed to radiate off of her. |

She rushed forward and shoved most of them aside telekinetically. She put one hand on Ash's shoulder and the other on her cheek, checking her over to make sure she was okay. She then turned around angrily and yelled, "What the hell do you think you're doing?! We don't attack our own!" "She used blood bending against us, so why should we show any mercy?!" Someone demanded. "You were all ganging up on her, just like you are now! She acted out of fear, you idiots!" She retorted, using her left hand to take Ash's. With all these angry people, she needed to know that Ash was okay, so she had to keep contact. Everyone seemed to go silent, and most of them deactivated their powers. |

"It's okay, Ash. They know you didn't mean to. You're okay, alright?" She spoke softly and cupped the sides of her face with her hands before turning back to the others. "Now unless you have anything else to blame on her, we'll be leaving." She growled. When no one spoke up, she took Ash's hand and led them back to the dormitory district. They walked up the stairs to their apartment and then stopped just outside the door. She looked up at Ash, seeming worried. "Are you okay.?" |
