I don't think it's fair that Scouting and Pup Training allow you to call back your scout/trainer at the cost of not refunding the energy, yet for Hunting, Crafting Medicines, and Foraging your hunters/herbalist are fully locked into the activity once you click the button. I think you should still lose the energy and not collect the reward from the task like with scouting or pup training recalls- and for a hunting team, all five wolves would take the energy penalty- but, crucially, you should be able to stop the activity.

Tonight I accidentally, out of habit, sent out a hunting party that included a pregnant wolf who needed to be nested, when the hunt would take longer than rollover and force her to lose pups. Had she been a scout I had sent out, I would be able to recall her and nest her. I went to do that exact thing- recall the team, nest her, and send the rest of the team back out- but then realized there isn't an option to do that for hunting. Why is an action final for hunting or for anything your herbalist does, but not for scouting or training? It feels unfair to allow mentors and scouts who are assigned the wrong task to come back and cancel it, but not hunters or herbalists. Either recall should be universal to all tasks and roles, or it shouldn't be an option for any. Personally, universal ability to recall a task would provide a much needed quality of life feature.
