Aixtr nodded, getting up and sitting on the bed. "Your bed is soft!" Aixtr hummed.

(LIving outside results in him not knowing what a bed feels like lol)

Aixtr hesitated, looking at the mattress before looking at Carlos. Quietly, he slid off the bed and onto the floor. "It's your bed, besides, I don't sleep much," He declined "I will sit right here until you wake, but you should rest if you need to."

Aixtr nodded, quietly unwrapping his wings and fixing the feathers so they could be nice and neat.

(should Aixtr be able to fly eventually or not? Im having trouble deciding)

"Not much, though they are a little sore from the lack of movement. I haven't ever hurt them this bad before, but I think I'll be able to fly after some more time- without your help though, I don't think would even be able to move them, so thank you." He smiled, gently stretching his wings as much as he could without knocking anything over.
