Section 1: Pricing Information

Pricing Details

• Variable pricing based on concept, size, detail, poses, and package type.
• Base price: $20 USD or 80 GC per hour.
• Additional fees for more poses, complexity, and certain package types.
• Free revisions if decor is rejected.

General Pricing Ranges

• Small Project: 1-2 hours ($20-$40 or 80-160 GC)
• Medium Project: 3-5 hours ($60-$100 or 240-400 GC)
• Large Project: 6-8 hours ($120-$160 or 480-640 GC)

Package Types

🐙 Octopus Package 🐙

• Private: Commission submitted by me.
• Details: Decor kept private. 10 GC fee for the Custom Decor Creator item.
• Copies: You receive 3 upon approval. You can buy extra copies at 5 GC each.

🐝 Honeybee Package 🐝

• Public: Commission submitted by me.
• Details: Decor publicly available. Extra copies at 5 GC each. 15% discount on total project cost.
• Copies: You receive 2 upon approval. You can buy extra copies at 5 GC each.

🐳 Whale Package 🐳

• Private: Commission submitted by you.
• Details: Decor kept private. You buy the Custom Decor Creator item and submit the decor yourself.
• Copies: As many as you want to buy, as long as they are kept private.

🦋 Butterfly Package 🦋

• Public: Commission submitted by you.
• Details: Decor listed as public. You buy the Custom Decor Creator item and submit the decor yourself. Decor must remain public at all times. 20% upcharge to total project cost.
• Copies: As many as you want to buy. Feel free to raffle/sell copies at your leisure.

🦈 Shark Package 🦈

• Private with Privileges: Commission submitted by me.
• Details: Decor kept private. Special privileges to raffle or sell 3 copies. 10 GC fee for the Custom Decor Creator item. 20% upcharge to total project cost.
• Copies: 3 upon approval. Hard limit, no more copies will be produced.

Payment Terms

• I accept GC, SC (1:500 conversion rate), USD, and specific items.
• 50% deposit after mockup sketch approval; remainder due upon completion.
• Mixed payments accepted.

• Umbra, Tempest, Airglow & Abomination Base Applicators: 50 GC each
• Fox Base Applicator: 100 GC each
• Hydrangea Base Applicator: 25 GC each
• Random Marking Applicators: 3 GC each
• Bulk Nesting Materials: 12 GC per 100 mats
• Bulk Amusement Items: 15 GC per 1000 uses
• CD Creators: 10 GC each

Section 2: Getting a Quote & Getting a Slot

Getting a Quote

• Fill out an order form and message it to me.
• Non-binding; adjustments can be made to fit your budget.

Getting a Slot

• Sessions open for 72 hours; 2-3 projects selected. Session openings will be announced ahead of time.
• Submit an order form via the thread, or PM for privacy.
• Slots will be chosen based on applications.

Quote/Order Form

• Concept: (detailed description)
• Poses: (choose from 13 poses or Universal, if applicable)

Section 3: Policies & General Information

Will Do's

• Accessories, expressions, modifiers, small animals, insects, bones, mild gore, etc.
• Favorite themes: magical, witchy, intricate, ornate, bejeweled, and textured decors.

Won't Do's:

• Cats/dogs, complex anatomy, large feathers/wings, large companions.

Timeline for Project Completion

• Basic decors/recolors: a few days.
• Complex projects: a few weeks or longer.
• Updates provided throughout the process.

Rules & Policies

• Must follow Wolvden's decor rules and match their style; no copyrighted materials.
• 50% deposit after mockup approval; deposits are non-refundable. No refunds after the art has been completed.
• Private decors must remain private unless otherwise arranged.
• Adherence to agreed terms for payment and distribution.

Delivery of Files

• If you are submitting the decor yourself, all image links will be provided for you.
• Use only the provided image links for submissions to maintain quality.

Pricing Details

Pricing is extremely variable depending on a number of factors, including your concept, the size, level of detail, which poses you want, and which package type you choose.

For the base price, my pricing is $20 USD or 80 GC per hour based on my best estimate of how long the base pose will take me to complete.

From there, I will add a variable percentage upcharge per each additional pose you would like, which will depend on the complexity of the changes needed to adapt the decor to new poses. (For example, a decor like my toad CD would incur only a 5% fee for each additional pose since there would be little work involved in adding more poses. But a decor like my alchemist CD would incur a 25% upcharge per each additional pose, since there is more work involved in adapting something like this to additional poses.)

Certain package types may incur additional upcharges or discounts, so be sure to read through the package types.

If the decor is rejected, any necessary revisions will be free of charge.

General Pricing Ranges

These time ranges reflect the time it takes me to complete ONE pose (the "base pose"). As explained in the previous section, the final price will be influenced by the package type you choose as well as how many additional poses you want to add.

Small Project - Base Pose 1-2 hours - $20 to $40 or 80 to 160

Regardless of which package you choose, I guarantee an excellent experience: I will provide you with various options and mockups to choose from, and seek your approval throughout every step of the process to ensure you are 100% satisfied with your custom decor!

Note: By purchasing the Whale Package or Octopus Package, you agree to keep the decor private. Out of respect for the rules I have set around my artwork, please do not list copies of private decors on the Trading Center/Raffle Hub. If you want to gift a copy to a friend as a special surprise, please clear it with me and make sure your friend is aware of the decor's private status! I'm flexible on making arrangements if discussed beforehand.

• There is no additional fee for the CD Creator item since you will be purchasing it yourself.

• There is no additional fee for the CD Creator item since you will be purchasing it yourself.
• This package is more expensive because you will keep all profits from its sales. (+20% upcharge of total project cost)

• I draw & submit the artwork for you and keep the decor private. You will receive all 3 copies of the decor given to me upon its approval, but you CANNOT buy extra copies.
• I will NEVER purchase/distribute/use any copies of it without your permission.
• By purchasing this package, you get special privileges. That means you can raffle or sell your copies of the decor and keep all of the profits. But you are limited to those 3 copies, as I will not produce more, so choose wisely what you do with them!
• There is an additional fee of 10 GC to cover the cost of the Custom Decor Creator item.
• This package is more expensive because of the exclusive privileges. (+20% upcharge of total project cost)

Payment Terms

I accept GC and SC (1:500 conversion rate), USD & some items. 1 USD = 4 GC. For USD commissions, I accept PayPal, Venmo, or CashApp. Mixed payments are also an option. There is a 50% deposit due once you're happy with the mockup sketch, and the remaining 50% is due once the artwork has been completed and is ready to submit. You can also pay 100% up-front if that's more convenient for you!

1. I will post that a session is OPEN. The session will remain open for 72 hours.
2. You will reply to this thread with a filled-out order form. (OR you can post here that you're applying, and message your order form to me privately if you prefer to keep your idea private.) Please feel free to PM me with any questions or ask for a quote, I'll be sure to reply before the session ends!
3. I will choose 2 to 3 projects from each session to take on (recolor slots will remain open while I work on my main slots). I will do ONE decor per slot, with a maximum of 13 poses. Thus, I cannot guarantee your project will be chosen. There will be no waitlisting. I get really burnt out/stressed if I take on too much at once and have a long list of people waiting on me - sorry!
4. Once the 72 hours is over, I will post that the session is CLOSED and message the customers whose projects I selected. Any unselected projects may be re-submitted during the next session, if you wish.

❀ Section 3 - Policies & General Information ❀

Will-Do's & Won't-Do's

Will Do: Some companions, such as small animals & insects; skulls, bones, mild gore, scars or wounds; weapons or armor; crowns, jewelry, some wings, collars, clothing items & accessories; fruits & foods; lighting decors; expression decors; eye modifiers; etc. My very favorite things to do are magical, witchy, smoky, sparkly, wispy, ornate, bejeweled, and intricate decors with lots of fun textures like this one, this one or this one. I also quite enjoy doing bodypaints, and glass/metal/wood textures.

Won't Do: Cats/dogs. Anything requiring complex anatomy knowledge such as large replace decors, large feathered wings & large companion decors. I reserve the right to reject any project I'm not interested in doing or don't feel confident in doing.

Timeline for Project Completion

For basic decors & recolors, it may only take a couple days for me to finish the artwork. More complex projects could take a few weeks depending on my schedule and how busy I am at work. Very complex projects with many poses and recolors could take longer, especially if they are very repetitive and detailed. But I am a good communicator and will always keep you updated with where I'm at!

Please note that once the decor is submitted, the timeline is no longer in my hands. The head artists can get busy sometimes and it can take awhile for them to review the decor. If the decor is rejected, I will revise it in a timely manner. Generally, most decors are reviewed within a few days of submission, but can sometimes take longer.

Rules & Policies

Decor must fall within Wolvden's custom decor rules and must match Wolvden's art style. Custom decors that feature copyrighted materials are strictly forbidden by Wolvden. Taking inspiration is fine to an extent, but copyright infringement is a no-go! If you're not sure whether your idea would be allowed, please read the custom decor rules rules carefully. If you're still not sure, you can message me to ask if an idea would be allowed or not and I can try to shed some light on it. Unfortunately, there are many gray areas, and the rules are also often inconsistently and loosely adhered to. So that makes ideas in those gray areas risky to pursue, as I do not provide refunds once the artwork has been completed. Therefore, if your idea falls into one of those gray areas, it is best to contact the Head Artist (Xylax #4) and wait for a response from them.

I only accept a deposit after you are 100% satisfied with your mockup sketch. Once I have begun to render the artwork, you may not request any major changes to the design, but minor tweaks are OK. Deposits are non-refundable. I do not provide refunds once the artwork has been completed.

Private means private! Please do NOT distribute copies of a private decor via the Trading Center, Raffle Hub or other means. Unless you have purchased the Shark or Butterfly package, or we have made other prior arrangements, your private decors should remain in your hoard/on your wolves only. Additionally, by ordering the Butterfly package, you agree to keep the decor available for public purchase at all times.

By commissioning me, you agree to abide by the agreed upon terms for payment and for distribution of both the artwork and the decor itself. If you breach our agreement, I reserve the right to refuse to work with you in the future. Out of respect for the rules I have set to protect my artwork, please do not attempt to exploit my artwork or my private decors for profit.

Delivery of Files

In the event you are submitting the artwork yourself (Butterfly/Whale Package), I will provide you a Google Docs document with all the links that you need. It will tell you exactly what to select for all the options. All you need to do is enter it exactly as shown in the Google Doc provided. If you choose a package type where you will be submitting the artwork yourself, you must use the image links that I provide. Any downloading and re-uploading of the images can risk reducing the quality of the image, so it is essential to use the links provided.
