Let me introduce you to Altair!  He's a Charming lv6 with 245 stats that should always be increasing.

With a Cool Medium II base (Galena) and 5 markings, he's likely to make some gorgeous babies!  He was customized after his first breeding, however, so I don't have any tier II examples.
